Copyright

All images taken by Amy Oxner and Amy’s Photography are protected under the copyright laws of the United States and may not be reproduced in any manner without the written consent of Amy Oxner. Violators of The Copyright Act are breaking a Federal Law and will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties, fines, and fees. We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us so that we may have the opportunity to serve you better.

Photo Editing

All photography prices include color balancing and density adjustments. Cropping will gladly be done for no additional charge if requested. Any additional requests will be billed a minimum $10.00 per photograph or $60/per half hour for retouching and fine art enhancements.

Payment

All orders are to be paid in full prior to lab orders being processed. In Alachua County there is a 6.25% Sales Tax that needs to be added into the payment. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders.

Return Policy

If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call the studio immediately (within 72 hours) to discuss this matter. Otherwise we will believe that you are thrilled with your product. Please note, all orders are non-refundable.

Pick Up Orders

Amy’s Photography will hold all orders for pick up no longer than 90 days from the completion of order. The studio is not responsible for any orders left for longer than this time (unless arrangements have been made in advance in writing) and we will not refund any monies.

Shipping Methods

Orders totaling $45.00 or more (not including tax and shipping) will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All other orders will be sent by standard mail. All shipping and handling fees will be billed accordingly to the client.

Turnaround Times

All orders will be delivered or available for pick up in three weeks or less (except custom prints, wedding albums, art collages, fine art heirloom portraits, oil paintings, custom made products, and artwork). If you elect to pick up your order at the studio, you will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready.

Special Orders

Special orders are considered to be: custom prints, albums, art collages, fine art heirloom portraits, oil paintings, custom made products, and art work. These orders take from 90 days to be produced, and wedding albums take up to 120 days for completion.
